2 purchased pizza bases (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup tomato sauce or pizza sauce

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or any other cheese of your choice)

1 cup sliced mushrooms.

1 cup sliced tomatoes.

1 cup sliced bell peppers (assorted colours)

1 cup sliced onions.

1/2 cup sweetcorn kernels (canned or frozen, thawed)

2-3 sliced green chillies (adjust to your desired level of spiciness)

1/2 cup sliced black olives.

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste.

Adore Chillies Mango and Scotch bonnet sauce ( Optional)


Preheat the oven: Follow the instructions on the pizza base packaging for preheating the oven. Usually, it’s around 450°F (230°C).

Prepare the toppings: While the oven is preheating, prepare your pizza toppings. Slice the mushrooms, tomatoes, bell peppers, onions, and green chillies. Drain any excess liquid from the olives and sweetcorn.

Assemble the pizzas: Place the purchased pizza bases on a baking sheet or pizza stone. Brush each base lightly with olive oil. This will help prevent the crust from becoming soggy.

Add the sauce: Spread a generous amount of tomato or pizza sauce evenly over each pizza base, leaving a small border around the edges.

Cheese it up: Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce, covering the entire surface of the pizza.

Arrange the toppings: Now, it’s time to add your veggies! Distribute the sliced mushrooms, tomatoes, bell peppers, onions, sweetcorn, green chillies, and black olives across the pizzas. Feel free to be creative with the arrangement.
