Made from a family recipe using Scotch bonnet peppers, this hot sauce is great when used as a marinade or added as an ingredient in casserole type cooking.

The makers of the sauce recommend that it should be used in this way and indeed, I agree. In my opinion, when it is used as a condiment, it is quite tart, with a strong note of vinegar coming through.
Barring this, it is a great tasting sauce with an excellent fruity chilli flavour combined with just a hint of garlic. The heat level is just right.
