Tangy Spiced Rujak Salad
Experience the delightful complexity of Indonesian cuisine with Rujak Sayur, a vibrant fruit and vegetable salad that dances between sweet, spicy, and umami flavours. This refreshing dish combines crisp cucumber, juicy pineapple, tart green mango, and crunchy vegetables, all brought together by a bold dressing that’s quintessentially Indonesian.
