Nothing livens up a drink like a touch of Chilli. This infused Vodka can be used as a starting point for many of your favourite cocktails. It already has the kick that it is needed to spice your creations to just the right level. It’s also great on its own, served straight up - ice cold - directly from the refrigerator. Nostrovia
Ingredients
  • Scotch Bonnet (or similar) Chillies – 2 roughly chopped
  • Black peppercorns – 1 teaspoon - slightly crushed
  • Fresh Ginger - 1 tablespoon –minced
  • Vodka (preferably Russian) – 750 ml
  • Garlic – 1 teaspoon – minced (optional)
Instructions
  1. Pour the vodka into a one-litre pouring jug. Add the other ingredients and stir well. Pour back into the bottle. (Okay some will be left over, but it makes the job a lot easier!) Re-seal the bottle and keep in a cool dark place for 3 to 4 days.
